Conditions of Use

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately refund your account in the amount of the charge.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Charmed By Starr reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time, as stated by our policy: Prices subject to change without notice.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date. We only print our catalog twice a year so many items will see price changes or could be discontinued from our stock. Be sure to keep an eye on the "New Items" category of our website, as we constantly bring in new items to replace those we have discontinued.

Payment Methods

All orders must be paid for using US funds with all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, via PayPal. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Sales Tax

Charmed By Starr is required to charge New York sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New York. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country.

Back Order Policy

When any item is put on backorder, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.

We do our best to avoid back orders. In some instances, an item may go out of stock before we have an opportunity to update our website. We also may be notified of backorders or product discontinuance from our many manufacturers that can have an effect on orders placed within our online shopping system.

If a back order does occur, our Customer Service department will contact you and advise you if and when the item will be back in stock. Please note that we will not hold any backorder items longer than a few weeks. If the item does not arrive from our supplier within that time frame - we will either issue you a "credit to your account" or a "full refund" for the backordered item(s). We will not accept any preorders for out of stock items, as sometimes they become discontinued.
